Name: Tom Bradwell
Job Title: Campaign Planner

My day starts with….waking up at 5:30 am (I know this is stupidly early – I’m not happy with it either) and heading to the gym for a quick pre-work workout. That way I feel like my body and mind is ready for the day ahead.

I’m responsible for….managing the day-to-day relationships with a number of our clients, as well as formulating strategies for their marketing campaigns and managing all of the processes from from their inception to completion.

What brought me to Rocket….was the friendly, light-hearted culture and the many opportuniites on offer due to the variety of clients that we work with.

The best part of my job….is when a campaign that I have spent months working on goes live and I get to see one of our ads out in the wild – I still get all giddy when I see one!

A typical day in my role….varies massively depending where we are at with the campaigns that we are working on at any one time. But on any given day I could be: analysing audiences to better understand what makes them tick to uncover how we can better tailor our clients’ marketing campaigns, managing campaign budgets and all of the financial processes involved in the campaign management process, building presentations, as well as meeting and collaborating with clients and partner agencies to develop and actualise our marketing ideas – the list could go on!

The best part of my job….is when a campaign that I have spent months working on goes live and I get to see one of our ads out in the wild – I still get all giddy when I see one!

I constantly strive to Know More about….technological developments and the possibilities that they offer. Every year we are making brilliant advancements in technology which promise to improve our quality of living, I am therefore keen to see how these will be used once they are available to the average consumer and am curious of how they might influence our society.

When I’m not at work I…am trying and explore as much of the world as possible, one trip at a time. So far I have managed to tick off some key locations in Europe, North America and the Middle East, and now I have my eyes set on the Caribbean and Asia!
